• Browsing: this site uses a cookieless analytics tool that collects aggregated, anonymous data (page views, approximate device) to understand how the site is used. It does not identify you personally.
• Contact: if you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process the data you provide (name, contact details and your project information) for the sole purpose of handling your enquiry and, where appropriate, preparing a quote.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent when contacting us and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (preparing a quote).

4. Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship. It is then kept duly blocked for the applicable legal periods and deleted when no longer necessary.

5. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required. We use providers acting as data processors (for example, the web hosting provider). If you message us via WhatsApp, any processing by WhatsApp/Meta is governed by their own policies.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to victechcarpinteria@gmail.com, stating the right you wish to exercise. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
